Hello,

My name is Frank Leone. My wife and I own and operate 2 Oceanfront Villas

We started with our first caribbean property ; Villa Leone in Sint Maarten in 2004. Soon after we added Villa Leone in Cabarete in 2005.

All of our properties are directly on the ocean with terrific ocean views. They are not manged by Real Estate Companies. We manage our properties directly and therefore maintain them in top condition.

We treat each property as our own home since we have stayed in all of them and often return to all of them for family vacations. We provide everything that we would want at our own vacation home, since they actually do serve as such. As a result, you have the experience of staying in a vacation villa/condo that gives you the feeling of being at a home away from home.

Our goal is to provide you with a vacation residence that you will desire to return to.
